Performance Marketing Specialist

Performance Marketing Key Responsibilities:

• Run Paid Ads: Plan, launch, and manage our paid advertising across different platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Manage the Budget: Decide how much money to spend on each platform and type of ad. Your main goal is to get the most sales or leads for our money.
• Test and Improve: Constantly run tests on our ads and the pages they lead to. Try different pictures, headlines, and target audiences to see what works best and then do more of that.
• Track Results: Set up and manage the tools that track where our sales and leads come from. This ensures our data is accurate so we know what’s working.
• Analyze and Report: Look at the numbers from our campaigns to understand what's driving success. Create clear reports and explain the results to the team.
• Work with Designers: Partner with our creative team to request and develop effective ad images and videos that people will click on.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest changes and new opportunities in online advertising so our strategies stay effective

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,852.85 - ₹49,886.21 per month

Experience:

• Performance marketing: 2 years (Required)
• Meta & Google : 2 years (Required)
• Creative writing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Content development: 2 years (Preferred)
