Collection Field Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a Field Executive – Accounts Receivable (AR) to manage customer collections, maintain healthy cash flow, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. The role involves field visits, customer coordination, and relationship management to achieve collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers for timely collection of outstanding dues.
• Ensure proper follow-up and reconciliation of accounts.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships to ensure smooth collections.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Accounts & Operations) to resolve billing or payment disputes.
• Submit daily collection reports and update payment status in system/records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and credit terms.
• Support the finance team in reducing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and minimizing bad debts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
