Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Field Executive located in Patna. The Collection Field Executive will be responsible for debt collection, credit control, and financial analysis. Day-to-day tasks include handling overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans with customers, maintaining accurate records of collection activities, and preparing regular reports. Effective communication and analytical skills will be essential for successfully managing this role.

Qualifications

• Debt Collection and Credit Control skills
• Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills
• Strong understanding of Finance principles
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
• Proficiency in local languages is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
