We are expanding our digital performance division and seeking an experienced Google Ads & Meta Ads specialist who has proven results in generating high-quality hair transplant leads with excellent ROI.

Role Summary

You will take end-to-end ownership of paid media campaigns — primarily on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) — to generate qualified hair transplant and aesthetic treatment leads.

This role is for someone who understands the nuances of medical advertising, can scale campaigns profitably, and has verifiable experience running compliant and high-converting ads for hair transplant services.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize and manage Google Ads campaigns for Hair Transplant, including keyword strategy, ad copy, extensions, audience segmentation, and bid optimization.
• Build and optimize dedicated landing pages / funnels to maximize conversion and minimize cost-per-lead (CPL).
• Maintain full Google Ads compliance (no policy violations, ad disapprovals, or misleading content).
• Track and optimize conversion rates using GCLID, GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM integrations.
• Develop retargeting funnels (Meta + Google Display) to improve lead nurturing and booked consultations.
• Monitor daily performance, analyze call and form data, and adjust campaigns dynamically.
• Prepare weekly performance dashboards with insights on CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams for ad copy, creative variations, and video ad optimization.

You Are a Perfect Fit If You Have

✅ 3+ years managing high-budget Google Ads for Hair Transplant (mandatory).

✅ Experience handling monthly spends of ₹2L–₹10L+ with consistent positive ROI.

✅ Hands-on experience with lead quality filtering, keyword segmentation, and audience testing.

✅ Deep understanding of Google Ads policies for healthcare, especially around “hair transplant,” “PRP,” and “cosmetic surgery” terms.

✅ Ability to craft ad funnels that move leads from click → consult → procedure.
