Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including performance marketing, SEO, and the proficient use of various digital platforms and tools. This role is key in driving traffic, improving online visibility, optimizing marketing campaigns, and generating measurable results across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing:

• Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Optimize paid campaigns to achieve the best possible ROI by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), ad performance, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages for continuous improvement.
• Monitor, report, and analyze performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvements.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, analyze search trends, and optimize content accordingly.
• Ensure that website content is SEO-friendly and aligns with the latest SEO best practices.
• Conduct regular audits of websites, identify areas for improvement, and implement technical SEO fixes.
• Keep up to date with the latest SEO updates and algorithm changes to ensure ongoing optimization.

Digital Platforms and Tools:

• Be proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and others.
• Utilize social media analytics to assess engagement, growth, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Leverage marketing automation platforms to improve customer engagement and streamline marketing processes.
• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, tracking open rates, CTR, and conversions.

Content Strategy and Development:

• Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging content that aligns with SEO goals and performance marketing strategies.
• Provide insights for content creation, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content, to drive traffic and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including performance marketing and SEO.
