Role - Performance Marketing Manager

Experience - 3-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta, Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant digital platforms.
  • Manage media planning, budget allocation, and performance forecasting aligned with business objectives.

Campaign Management:

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI across platforms.
  • Manage paid search (SEM), paid social, display, video, affiliate, and programmatic campaigns.
  • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple touchpoints.

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Monitor KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV, and overall funnel performance.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximize performance.
  • Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to deliver insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Real time dashboards to monitor and track the performance of all channels

Creative & Content Collaboration:

  • Develop creative and content through impactful ad copies, videos, and creatives optimized for conversions.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand tone, positioning, and audience expectations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and CRM teams to ensure end-to-end funnel tracking and reporting.
  • Partner with marketplace teams (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) to scale e-commerce growth.

Market Awareness:

  • Stay updated on digital trends, ad tech developments, platform algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.
  • Test emerging channels (OTT, influencer-led performance campaigns, retail media networks, etc.) for growth opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of digital ad ecosystems (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon DSP, Affiliate networks).
  • Proven track record in managing budgets, scaling campaigns, and driving measurable ROI.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in Excel/Sheets, attribution models, and data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization, funnel optimization, and retargeting strategies.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, WebEngage, MoEngage, etc.).
