Department: IT Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to support the implementation, integration, and ongoing maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite. The ideal candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across multiple modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, and Compensation. This role is critical to ensuring seamless system performance, optimized user experience, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive system testing during implementations and provide dedicated post-launch support to ensure successful adoption and user satisfaction. Collaborate closely with IT and HR teams to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with existing enterprise systems. Design, develop, and maintain complex and insightful reports using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools. Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution. Provide expert guidance on system capabilities and best practices to optimize HR processes and workflows. Lead system enhancement initiatives and contribute to the overall improvement of HR technology strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience working with the SAP SuccessFactors Suite, including modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, and Compensation. Strong understanding of HR business processes and how they align with system configurations. Demonstrated experience in systems integration and end-to-end testing. Proficiency in report building and data analysis using SuccessFactors tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Skills: SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules. Experience with middleware tools (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi) for integration. Agile or project-based delivery experience in HR technology implementations.
