Assistant Manager Planning (Project Execution) – Solar Industry, Nagpur : Job Title: Assistant Manager – Planning (Project Execution) Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy Location: Nagpur Job Summary: The Assistant Manager – Planning will support the planning, scheduling, and execution of solar power projects. Responsibilities include site assessment, preparation of project proposals and schedules, resource estimation, coordination with vendors and cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards12. Key Duties: Assess potential installation sites and prepare project plans, budgets, and schedules1. Estimate and coordinate required materials, manpower, and resources. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders12. Qualifications: B.Tech in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Energy) or related field. 3–5 years of experience in solar project planning and execution12. Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
