Executive Operations HRIS Specialist Location: Mumbai We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Operations – HRIS Specialist to manage and optimize our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), specifically Ascent and SAP SuccessFactors. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless HR operations through effective system management, data integrity, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of Ascent and SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring system functionality aligns with HR objectives. Implement system configurations and customizations to meet organizational needs. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee data, including new hires, updates, and terminations. Generate and analyse HR reports to support decision-making and compliance requirements. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to integrate HRIS with other organizational systems. Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users on system functionalities. Stay updated on system upgrades and new features to enhance HR operations. Identify opportunities for process automation within HRIS to improve efficiency. Lead initiatives to streamline HR workflows and reduce manual interventions. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HRIS management, with hands-on experience in Ascent and SAP SuccessFactors.
