Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, and other IT hardware.
Address common software and network issues.2. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve basic hardware and software concerns. Escalate unresolved issues to L2 or senior technical teams.3. Installation & Setup: Assist in the installation, configuration, and setup of IT devices and peripherals.4. Task Management: Document user issues, solutions provided, and escalate tickets as needed. Maintain timely updates on task progress.5. Customer Interaction: Deliver professional support to end-users. Ensure excellent communication and high levels of customer satisfaction. Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles. Strong knowledge of basic troubleshooting for hardware and software. Familiarity with network basics (preferred). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
