We're hiring an L3 Technical Support Field Engineer in Mumbai! 8+ yrs exp in IT hardware, server & firewall support, team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced (Level 3) technical support for complex IT issues.Travel onsite to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.Interface with engineering teams for product improvements and escalations.Maintain documentation of issues and solutions.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, and cloud services.Excellent problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.
