Job Responsibilities Design and deploy resilient LAN/WAN/VPN networks for MSUs, SOCs, and client sites. Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls across, Cradlepoint, Peplink, UniFi, and Cisco environments. Administer Windows and Linux servers supporting Wave VMS, Actuate and related platforms. Manage storage systems, firmware updates, patching cycles, and infrastructure upgrades. Build and maintain API integrations and automation scripts to streamline system deployments and monitoring. Implement cybersecurity controls including VPN policies, encryption, and firewall rules with periodic security audits. Provide Tier 3 technical escalation and support for network and server-level issues. Maintain structured documentation and train internal teams on infrastructure, deployment standards, and system architecture. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in enterprise network and server infrastructure Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python preferred) Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
