Job Description

Monitoring PAN India network devices including Switches, Routers, Firewalls, servers through systems and monitor software. Log the tickets on the helpdesk tool on behalf of Client making Change/service requests. Document all communication with customers/Onsite/ISP team in email via outlook. Notify/Discuss with SM/L2 Engineer on tickets that require assistance. Providing 24*7 support with the network monitoring tool for incidents and activity. Logging tickets with the ISP and MPLS for any link down and follow up for RCA/RFO. Follow up with the Onsite team for open incident tickets to closer within the SLA. Monitor email 24*7 and respond to the client/Onsite and other teams.
