Description

We are seeking a Network (Support) Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in network support, with a focus on troubleshooting and optimizing network performance.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve network issues for clients and internal teams.
Monitor network performance and implement improvements.
Configure and maintain network hardware and software.
Provide technical support and guidance to users and clients.
Document network configurations and changes for future reference.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability and security.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in network support or related roles.
Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Experience with network monitoring tools and software.
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls.
Familiarity with VPNs, LAN/WAN design, and network security principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
