Description We are seeking a skilled Network Manager to oversee and optimize our organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network design, implementation, and management to ensure the reliability and security of our network services. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Manage and configure network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points. Collaborate with IT teams to support applications and services that rely on network connectivity. Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures. Plan for network capacity and scalability to accommodate future growth. Provide technical support and training to staff regarding network-related issues. Skills and Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in network management or a related field. Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Experience with network security best practices and technologies. Proficiency in configuring and managing routers, switches, and firewalls. Knowledge of network monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques. Familiarity with cloud networking solutions and virtual networking concepts. CCNA, CCNP, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
