Job Description

As a Manager Networks and Security at Rai, Sonipat, you will be responsible for managing organization-wide systems and data center operations in a Managed Security Services environment. Your role will involve interfacing with customers and ensuring activities are performed in a process-oriented manner. You will work with network infrastructure comprising Switching from Juniper & Brocade, firewalls from Fortinet, and Wi-Fi units from Ruckus. Key Responsibilities: - Expertise in LAN and WAN Management, focusing on Routers, Switches, firewalls (Juniper, Brocade), Wi-Fi (Ruckus), and NMS. - Completion of at least 1-2 end-to-end networking projects on Juniper/Brocade and Ruckus. - Management of 24X7 operations including Network & server Support, Database Administration, and Helpdesk/Computer Operations. - Monitoring security compliance according to industry standards, policies, and procedures. - Ensuring adherence to SLA with service providers. - Managing data center operations and supporting network infrastructures. - Handling a network with a minimum of 5000+ Network devices and a heterogeneous server environment. - Thorough understanding of firewall topology, NAT, policy management, HA, VPN, VOIP, and Security administration. - Development and implementation of intrusion detection and preventative plans for network security. - Knowledge of Web servers, Citrix, and other remote connectivity tools. - IT service management with experience in handling Vendors and Software Providers. - Oversight of System Administrators and Cloud security. - Leading the network team and managing hybrid environments (On-Premises & Cloud). - Experience in automation and analytics usage. Qualifications Required: - Engineer/computer science graduate with at least 10 years of experience in information security and 24x7 operations management. - Professional qualifications such as CCNA/CCNP/CISSP certified/ITIL. - Strong communication skills (written & verbal). - Experience in corporate/result-oriented organizations. - Excellent communication and people management skills. - Competency in Blade Servers and enterprise hardware like SAN. Please note that while this is not a 24x7 profile, you may be required to be available for calls and escalations beyond normal working hours.,
