Network Manager

As a Manager of Networks and Security at Rai, Sonipat, you will be responsible for various activities in a Managed Security Services environment. Your role will involve interfacing with customers and working in a process-oriented environment where you will handle a network infrastructure consisting of Switching from Juniper & Brocade, firewalls from Fortinet & Wi-Fi units from Ruckus. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing organization-wide systems and data center operations - Demonstrating expertise in LAN and WAN Management, focusing on Routers, Switches, firewalls (Juniper, Brocade), Wi-Fi (Ruckus) & NMS - Completing at least 1-2 end-to-end networking projects on Juniper/Brocade and Ruckus - Overseeing 24X7 operations across various technology areas such as Network & server Support, Database Administration, and Helpdesk/Computer Operations - Monitoring security compliance with industry standards and best practices, policies, and procedures - Ensuring adherence to SLAs with service providers - Managing data center operations and supporting network infrastructures - Handling a network comprising a minimum of 5000+ Network devices and a heterogeneous server environment - Having a thorough working knowledge of firewall topology, NAT, policy management, HA, VPN, VOIP, and Security administration - Developing and implementing intrusion detection and preventative plans for secure networks, servers, and data - Possessing knowledge of Web servers, Citrix & other remote connectivity tools - Demonstrating IT service management skills with experience in handling Vendors (Hardware, Software, and Network) & Software Providers - Ensuring Change Management of critical system components and applications is documented and followed - Overseeing System Administrators and Cloud security - Leading the network team - Managing hybrid environments (On-Premises & Cloud) - Utilizing automation and analytics Your profile should ideally include: - An Engineering/Computer Science graduate with at least 10 years of experience in information security and management of 24x7 operations - Professional qualifications such as CCNA /CCNP/ CISSP certified/ITIL - Strong communication skills (written & verbal) - Experience working in corporate/result-oriented organizations - Excellent communication and people management skills - Competency in Blade Servers and enterprise hardware like SAN Please note that although it is not a 24x7 profile, you are expected to be available for calls and attend escalations beyond normal working hours.,
