PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To explore, develop, and convert strategic business opportunities through professional networks, business forums, and global conferences. The Network Manager will represent Speedways Electric in high-impact circles, build relationships with potential partners and investors, and act as a key bridge to unlock business growth opportunities across India and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

● Business Networking: Actively participate in forums like BNI, Corporate Connections, CII, TiE, and others to identify potential export, partnership, and investor opportunities.

● Representation: Attend domestic and international conferences, expos, and trade events as the face of Speedways Electric.

● Opportunity Mapping: Identify and evaluate leads from professional networks and help the leadership team in converting them into meaningful business outcomes.

● Stakeholder Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with key members and decision-makers in business networks.

● Support Closures: Work closely with the leadership and sales team to support the closure of identified opportunities and maintain post-deal engagement.

● Research & Intelligence: Monitor emerging trends, competitor movements, and potential openings for Speedways Electric in both Indian and global markets.

● Reporting & Coordination: Maintain a clean lead log, prepare visit/event reports, and share regular updates on progress and new opportunities.

Job & Competence Profile:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

● 2–5 years of experience in business networking, partnerships, or business development roles.

● Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

● Confident, independent, and well-groomed professional presence.

● Willingness to travel extensively across India and abroad.

● Strong networking abilities and relationship-building mindset.

● Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and professional documentation.

● Experience engaging with high-level forums or stakeholder groups is highly valued.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

● Number of qualified business leads sourced from networks

● Number of business forums/events attended per quarter

● Number of strategic introductions facilitated

● Value of partnerships or investor discussions initiated

● Follow-up consistency and conversion support

● Quality and frequency of engagement with BNI, CII, Corporate Connections, etc.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
