Network Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing computer network operations, network administration, network security, network design, and team management on a day-to-day basis. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Experience in Network Design in multiple layers of Networking - Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong skills on Firewalls, Routers, and Switches - Optimize network performance and capacity with scalable architecture for a large setup - Good knowledge of Enterprise network architecture concepts and handling both GUI and CLI platforms - Ensure major incident calls are addressed in a timely manner, accurately track and document these calls, resolve them following the incident management process, and escalate with the backend support team - Proficiency with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), network architectures, and network security principles - Provide technology and process/business model-based recommendations as per GAP analysis - Support network management with the creation of an IT Network Roadmap - Assist in the presentation of data to advisory and regulatory authorities - Create and validate the IT network roadmap and suggest a phased approach for emerging technologies - Update existing SOPs or create new SOPs for new implementations - Assist the L1/L2 Team with activities related to OEM/vendors, ensuring availability and proper functioning of Network/Security devices, configurations, enhancements, updates, upgrades, bug fixes, problem analysis, performance analysis, and Migration of devices audits, users, profile management, root cause analysis - Skills on leading Networking tools for Monitoring & Reporting Qualifications required: - Bachelor's Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable,
