About the Role We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Sr. IT Support & System Administrator who will be responsible for managing and supporting a global IT environment. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations, system efficiency, security compliance, and timely IT support across our distributed teams. Administer system operations including monitoring, reporting, auditing, performance tuning, and capacity planning. Set up and manage NordVPN, Intune, Active Directory, and user access controls. Maintain virtual environments and implement automation wherever applicable. Work with global teams (offshore and onshore) to ensure timely resolution and operational continuity. Maintain security protocols and ensure system protection against threats and vulnerabilities. Provide helpdesk leadership and minimize disruptions by resolving IT issues promptly. Contribute to the delivery of IT services within agreed service levels and budgets. Identify and implement service improvements without compromising quality or security. Experience : 5 to 8 Years Shift Timing : 4 PM to 1 AM IST Qualifications & Experience Associate or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered. 5 to 8 years of experience in system or network administration.
