Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and ROI-focused Performance Marketer to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads for a variety of industries including e-commerce, real estate, skincare & cosmetics, fashion, and FMCG.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, create, and manage high-performing paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Plan and execute eCommerce funnel campaigns, retargeting, catalog sales, and conversion-focused ad flows.
• Lead generation campaign planning and execution for multiple sectors (real estate, D2C brands, beauty, fashion, FMCG).
• Perform A/B testing, data analysis, and regular reporting with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative team to guide ad creatives, copies, and landing page flows.
• Monitor ad budgets, adjust bids, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and platform changes in digital marketing.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
• Campaign experience with eCommerce brands and lead generation clients across different industries.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Good to Have (Bonus Skills):

• Experience with Amazon Ads, Snapchat Ads, or other media buying platforms.
• Basic knowledge of GA4, Tag Manager, or other tracking tools.
• Exposure to email marketing funnels and CRO tools.
