Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager based in Hyderabad. The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee planning and executing digital ad campaigns across various platforms, monitoring and optimizing campaign performance using data and analytics. Responsibilities also include managing budgets, implementing marketing strategies to drive measurable results, and conducting A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in digital performance marketing, including PPC, display ads, and paid social media campaigns
• Strong skills in data analysis, campaign optimization, and ROI measurement
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
• Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization
• Excellent project management and communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Certifications in digital marketing or advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus
• Prior experience in education or training industry marketing is advantageous
