Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns by analyzing key performance metrics and adjusting bids, audiences, and creatives to improve efficiency.

• ROI-driven approach

  to campaign management, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return.
• Conduct

  keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation

  to refine ad targeting strategies.
• Stay updated with

  industry trends, platform updates, and best practices

  to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
• A/B test

  ad creatives, copies, and landing pages

  to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Provide insights through

  data analysis and reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years

  of experience in

  performance marketing for a D2C brand

  .
• Proven experience managing

  ₹8L+ monthly ad budgets

  with strong

  ROI optimization skills

  .
• Deep knowledge of

  ad platforms (Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Ads, etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

• Excellent communication skills

  to collaborate with creative and content teams.
• Hands-on experience in

  ad creation, copywriting, and audience testing

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technical or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
