Overview

Drive impactful marketing campaigns that showcase the unique value of Sabe Hub’s offerings—specialty café, dedicated workspace, and community events—while optimizing performance metrics to achieve sustainable growth.

Experience: 5+ years Experience with Proven experience (2-4 years) in performance marketing, preferably in hospitality or workspace sectors.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Creation of Marketing Department
  • Launch and Manage Content Creation Program
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn to promote flexible packages (Nomad Elite, Maven Elite, Executive Elite etc.). Craft ad creatives and copy that highlight key features such as cashback, meeting pod credits, and café perks.
  • Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Identify target audiences, including freelancers, remote workers, and SMEs etc. as defined. Use segmentation to personalize campaigns for specific client needs and maximize ROI.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROI. ○ Use A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and call-to-action strategies.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with the Community Growth Manager to incorporate event promotions into marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the Financial and Rewards team to promote cashback and rewards effectively.
  • Client Value Alignment: Develop content that demonstrates the tangible benefits of Sabe Hub’s packages and events. Leverage client success stories and testimonials to boost campaign credibility.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Analyze conversion funnels and identify areas for improvement.

Skills

  • Proficiency in digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM).
  • A/B testing tools like Optimizely or VWO.
  • Copywriting and creative skills for ad campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creativity in problem-solving and campaign development.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be open to flexible working hours, including weekends or evenings, depending on project needs.
  • Must be willing to travel as part of the role.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
