Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager located in Lucknow. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing our digital advertising campaigns across various channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The Performance Marketing Manager will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing performance metrics, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to improve campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in managing and executing performance-based digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including PPC, display, social, and video advertising
• Experience in managing budgets and delivering campaigns according to KPIs and performance targets
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a plus
• Experience in the IT industry or working with B2B clients is also a plus
