About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who is deeply hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and App Marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. This person will play a critical role in scaling our digital growth by owning campaign planning, execution, and performance across platforms. Positioned between the Head of Marketing and our execution teams, you’ll be expected to drive outcomes, not just plans.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual performance marketing plans across Meta and Google platforms aligned to revenue goals.

Own full-funnel strategies — from awareness to conversion to retention — for both website and app.

2. Meta Ads (Advanced Expertise)

Full ownership of Meta Ads Manager: campaign structuring, budgeting, event optimization, A/B testing, and attribution.

Build and scale high-budget campaigns with razor-sharp focus on ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.

Lead creative briefing for brand, design, and video teams — including static, carousel, reels, and story formats.

Execute location-based targeting and offline store/event marketing via Meta platforms.

3. Google Ads (Advanced Expertise)

Mastery of Search, PMax, Display, Demand Gen, and YouTube Ads.

Expert in tools like Keyword Planner, Auction Insights, and Budget Simulator.

Plan and manage full-funnel campaign structures optimized for e-commerce and app installs.

Provide clear keyword-level and video creative requirements to the content and media teams.

4. App Marketing

Drive install campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, and mobile networks.

Optimize for in-app events, retention, and ROAS with clear cohort analysis.

5. Affiliate & Programmatic (Nice to Have)

Manage affiliate networks like AdmitAd, Swopstore etc. to boost incremental traffic.

Exposure to DV360, programmatic buying, and OTT platforms is a plus.

6. Analytics & Reporting

Mandatory expertise in GA4 — build deep performance dashboards and interpret funnels.

Use Shopify, Google Data Studio, or other reporting tools for business tracking.

Deliver performance insights and strategic inputs to senior leadership weekly/monthly.
