Role Overview We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid marketing efforts. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital ad campaigns—across Quick Commerce, Amazon, Meta and Google. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly drive Eat Better Co.’s growth. Reporting to Founder Above average salary and ESOP's Work from office role in Jaipur Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Quick Commerce Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart & Big Basket Amazon Ads Meta Google Oversee campaign setup, audience segmentation, creative coordination, bid strategies, and day-to-day performance. You will be managing a monthly budget of over Rs 50 lacs. Hence we require only experienced candidates. Performance Analysis & Optimization Deep-dive into campaign analytics to extract insights, trends, and actionable recommendations. Run A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve campaign results. Report on channel performance, including metrics like CPA, ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and share learnings & implement recommendations for optimization. Required Skills & Experience 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (preferably with D2C, FMCG, or e-commerce brands). Agency background is also acceptable. Demonstrated success running, scaling, and optimizing campaigns on Amazon Ads, Meta, Google, and Quick Commerce platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data in Excel, Google Analytics, and ad platform dashboards. Solid understanding of attribution, performance metrics, funnel optimization, and audience segmentation. Experience managing substantial ad budgets and hitting aggressive ROI/efficiency goals. Proficiency in campaign planning, A/B testing, and reporting. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
