Job Description

    • Full ownership of LinkedIn Ads campaigns: plan, launch, optimize, and scale global paid social programs targeting key accounts and personas.
    • Architect and manage 6sense display/ABM campaigns end-to-end, from audience definition and orchestration to creative deployment and optimization.
    • Work with programmatic vendors in connection with 6sense audiences to serve ads on premium inventory, delivering a first-class brand experience.
    • Plan and test emerging B2B advertising channels up to and not limited to Reddit, Meta, Gartner Digital Markets PPC etc.
    • Implement advanced audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and bid optimizations to maximize ROI.
  • You re data-driven and love testing
  • Drive continuous A/B and multivariate testing on creative, audience segments, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Use platform analytics, Salesforce, and marketing automation data to connect campaigns directly to pipeline and ARR impact.
  • Apply Excel for detailed performance analysis, cohort tracking, audience lift analysis, and budget modeling.
  • Identify, test, and roll out new features and beta programs across LinkedIn, 6sense, and programmatic platforms.
  • You re an attribution and integration pro
    • Manage analytics integration and event tracking through Google Tag Manager, GA4, and native platform tracking.
    • Partner with operations to build actionable dashboards, funnel reports, and attribution models in Salesforce, Looker, or Power BI.
    • Manage UTM creation
  • You can manage scale and complexity
  • Experience managing $1M+ annual spend across paid social and display/ABM channels.
  • Develop and deliver clear, detailed weekly performance readout decks for the demand generation team and leadership.
  • Coordinate with Campaigns team to align on strategy and share best practices.
  • Collaborate with paid search to align keyword, audience, and messaging strategies across channels.

Here s what will give you an edge...

  • 3-5 years of experience managing LinkedIn and 6sense ad campaigns at a B2B organization or agency with B2B experience
  • Experience with 6sense and LinkedIn required
  • Proven track record of driving engagement, generating leads, and driving business expansion through paid social, programmatic, and predictive analytics platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis including v-lookup for account lift reporting and cohort analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to work cross-functionally and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaign stakeholders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, willing to jump in and find the answers or uncover problems is the key to being successful in this role
