Performance Marketing Manager

We seek a Performance Marketing Manager for a D2C brand(women's wellness) in Gurugram.

Job Responsibilities

● Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution for Meta & Google Ads focused on direct response and conversions for D2C brands.

● Manage and optimise campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, and scaling profitable ad sets.

● Analyse funnel performance, identify drop-offs, and drive experiments to improve results.

● Design & implement Retention strategies to drive engagement, repeat purchases, and reduce churn across our platform.

● Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.

● Set up and manage pixel event tracking and UTM parameters for accurate attribution.

● Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports, insights, and recommendations for reviews.

Job Qualifications

● Minimum 5 years of experience in performance and retention marketing.

● Demonstrated success in scaling D2C e-commerce brands using Google & Meta Ads.

● Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics: ROAS, LTV, AOV, CAC, conversion rate, etc.

● Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM tools like Moengage/Clevertap and attribution tools.

● Hands-on experience with product catalogues, dynamic ads, and retargeting campaigns.

● Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to make data-backed decisions.
