🔑 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Develop & execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition & revenue growth for leading D2C websites.

🔹 Own & optimize Google, Meta, affiliate, and CRM campaigns to deliver strong ROAS.

🔹 Lead paid search, social, and display campaigns, driving performance across channels.

🔹 Analyze campaign data, run A/B tests, and continuously improve customer journeys.

🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business & marketing objectives.

🔹 Manage budgets, forecasting, and vendor partnerships effectively.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

🔹 4–5+ years in performance marketing at managerial + level.

🔹 Apparel / Fashion background is a must (premium, bridge-to-luxury brands preferred).

🔹 Proven track record of scaling D2C website revenue of ₹50Cr+ (marketplace sales not counted).

🔹 Hands-on experience with Google & Meta performance campaigns delivering ROAS 4+.

🔹 Strong exposure to affiliates & CRM-driven performance marketing.
