We specialize in digital marketing & technology solutions. About The Role – As a Performance Marketer, you will be instrumental in growing revenue through strategic digital media campaigns. You will conduct comprehensive market research, analyze key demographics and buying patterns, and oversee campaign development from inception to launch. Your expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads will be crucial as you manage and optimize campaigns to ensure high-quality leads and effective communication with target audiences. Why is this role open To improve how we execute ad campaigns and handle high-value advertising budgets for our clients. Who’s the right fit for this role? Skilled in analyzing current and historical data to generate insights and provide trend-based recommendations. Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. Proficient in ClickFunnels, WordPress, and other page builders for implementing and verifying Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking codes. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, managing high-scale paid campaigns with daily budgets exceeding ₹1 crore. Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal. Expert in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a focus on driving conversions and sales. Demonstrates flexibility and a growth mindset, quickly unlearning and relearning as needed in a dynamic environment. Bonus points if you have: • Experience in managing coaching and ed-tech funnels. • Proven track record in running YouTube ads optimized for sales conversions. • Client-handling Skills • Understanding of content relevance used in marketing Roles and Responsibilities: · Develop and execute campaigns aimed at driving conversions and sales on Meta Ads and Google Ads. · Generate high-level daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports in Google Sheets, offering insights, next steps, and key learnings related to messaging, targeting, and campaign performance. · Enhance campaigns for both cost-efficiency and performance, overseeing cost per acquisition (CPA) and managing landing page and funnel optimizations to boost relevance and conversions. · Improve marketing performance through ongoing A/B testing of audiences and creative assets. · Collaborate across teams—clients, web development, creative, and marketing—to test, scale, and optimize emerging growth channels. · Implement weekly and monthly strategies to expand the client's user base while managing budgets across various marketing channels. · Consistently deliver on and achieve user acquisition goals and targets. · Develop creative briefs, ad copy, and video scripts for effective marketing campaigns. · Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders to report on ad account performance, campaign health, and provide recommendations for optimization.
