Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic platforms, etc.
• Manage day-to-day operations of campaigns including budgeting, bidding strategies, keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and audience targeting.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Collaborate with SEO, email marketing, and analytics teams to ensure a unified digital marketing approach.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and other BI dashboards to report on KPIs, attribution, and ROI.
• Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices.
• Suggest and implement growth hacks, automation, or new channels for better efficiency and reach.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a performance marketing or paid media role.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other major ad platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and marketing dashboards.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), funnel metrics, and customer journey tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
