About the Role

Performance Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Lead overall performance marketing strategy for e-commerce platforms including

    search, merchandise placements, browse, and display ads

    .
  • Develop and execute monthly marketing calendars with platform partners.
  • Plan and run new experiments related to creatives, targeting (city-wise/ad type), and formats to discover new growth opportunities.

Stakeholder & Budget Management

  • Align marketing activations with internal category teams and external channel partners to meet business objectives.
  • Manage P&L budget provisioning, ensuring accurate capture of marketing spends.

Platform Optimization

  • Explore and implement

    automation/bid optimization tools

    to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to

    Meta & YouTube ads

    for driving traffic to e-commerce platforms.

Performance Marketing Executions

Quick Commerce

  • Execute SKU-level performance plans and campaigns.
  • Analyse

    visibility & availability data from Gobblecube

    to optimize SKU keyword strategies and align with meal-time/weekend peaks.
  • Maintain ad portal balances to ensure uninterrupted campaigns.
  • Keep performance & display campaign reports updated in a centralized repository.

Marketplaces

  • Execute SKU-level performance campaigns across marketplaces.
  • Use search term reports from seller portals (AZ, FK) to refine targeting and keywords.
  • Ensure ad portals have sufficient budget to keep campaigns running.
  • Maintain campaign performance data for analysis and reporting.

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of

    performance marketing experience

    in e-commerce / marketplaces / quick commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of

    Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads, and platform ad portals

    .
  • Proficiency in

    bid optimization tools

    and campaign analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Meta and YouTube Ads

    preferred.
