Role Objective : We're seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Ads Executive to support the execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and digital channels (Meta & Google). The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of ad dashboards, campaign structures, and analytics tools, with a strong focus on day-to-day campaign hygiene, optimization, and reporting . Key Responsibilities : Amazon Advertising (SP, SB, SD) : Launch campaigns using manual and auto targeting. Update keyword bids, pause poor performers, and mine new keywords. Monitor daily spend, ACOS, and sales; share weekly campaign insights. Use bulk sheet uploads for edits and keyword changes. Coordinate with catalog/content team for ASIN readiness and SEO. Flipkart Advertising (PLA, Display Ads) : Set up new product campaigns based on visibility slots. Optimize ads based on CTR, CVR, and sales performance. Ensure campaigns are aligned with sales/discount periods. Maintain campaign hygiene, pause underperformers, shift budgets. Other Marketplace Ads (Meesho, Jiomart, Myntra, etc.) : Launch visibility ads based on platform slots and category trends. Basic reporting on impressions, clicks, and conversion trends. Coordinate with platform SPOCs for promotional slots and campaign access. Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) : Set up ad campaigns (conversion, catalog, retargeting). Upload creatives and copy, track ad status and comments. Use the business manager to monitor campaign health and pixel events. Share learnings from performance by audience/placement/device. Google Ads (Search + Shopping) : Set up basic search and shopping campaigns. Assist in feed health, product approvals, and disapprovals. Monitor ad spend, click trends, and top search terms. Support remarketing list creation and campaign adjustments. Campaign Monitoring & Reporting : Prepare daily and weekly reports for each platform (Spend, Sales, RoAS). Track KPIs: ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, CPA. Maintain tracker sheets for all running campaigns. Highlight anomalies or drops in performance to reporting manager. Maintain and manage marketing calendars aligned with business objectives and platform promotional events. A/B test campaign strategies to determine best-performing tactics. Stay updated on eCommerce trends, algorithm changes, and platform guidelines. Desired Candidate: Prior experience in eCommerce marketing, with experience in managing marketplace campaigns. Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other major marketplaces. Proficient in PPC campaign management, keyword research, and performance analysis. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
