If this resonates, we&aposre probably looking for you . About This Role: This is not a typical "warehouse assistant" role. You&aposll be ouron-ground champion stationed at our third-party warehouse partner, Prozo, in Whitefield, Bengaluru (Survey No. 83, Kadugodi Village, Whitefield, Bangalore - 560067). You&aposll be the bridge between our brands and flawless fulfillment, ensuring every customer receives their order with the love and care our products deserve. You&aposll work closely with the Prozo team while being our eyes, ears, and voice in the warehouse, driving operational excellence and building systems that scale. You&aposll Be Doing Things Like: Ensuring 100% on-time dispatch of all Futurewagon orders across brands Coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and warehouse staff for seamless operations Managing data accuracy and operational reporting between systems Building workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and improve fulfillment speed Maintaining inventory hygiene and accurate stock management Acting as the communication bridge between warehouse operations and HQ teams Implementing quality control processes to ensure perfect packaging and presentation Troubleshooting operational issues and finding creative solutions on the ground Supporting peak season operations , product launches, and special campaigns We&aposll Get Along Great If You...
