About This Role:

This is not a typical "warehouse assistant" role. You&aposll be ouron-ground champion

our eyes, ears, and voice

You&aposll Be Doing Things Like:

• Ensuring

  100% on-time dispatch

  of all Futurewagon orders across brands
• Coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and warehouse staff for seamless operations
• Managing

  data accuracy

  and operational reporting between systems
• Building workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and improve fulfillment speed
• Maintaining

  inventory hygiene

  and accurate stock management
• Acting as the communication bridge between warehouse operations and HQ teams
• Implementing

  quality control processes

  to ensure perfect packaging and presentation

• Troubleshooting operational issues

  and finding creative solutions on the ground
• Supporting

  peak season operations

  , product launches, and special campaigns
