Role: Inside Sales Specialist Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai Working hours: 11 AM - 8 PM Salary Structure: Fixed CTC + Monthly Unlimited Incentives Working days: 6 days working (1 day rotational weekoff) Role overview: We are seeking to onboard an enthusiastic & dedicated Sales Executive to help convert prospects to closed customers, achieve stretch sales targets, and help us capture increasing market share in our markets. The mission for the role: To talk to warm/hot prospects, persuasively pitch the product, represent the brand, and handle objections & negotiations while maintaining a high closing ratio. Responsibilities: Efficiently carry out 20-25 high quality & high effort sales calls daily Pitch the product persuasively & effectively to the customer Close prospects with a high closing ratio to achieve monthly sales targets Learn & utilize advanced sales techniques like 'Sales Pipelines, Sales Funnels & Triggers Constantly learn & improve on sales knowledge & sales techniques, hence improving performance metrics m-o-m Co-ordinate with Supply & Customer Service Teams to maximize customer satisfaction Why work for SimplyTrip? Requirements: 12th pass or equivalent - English medium 1+ years face-to-face/telephone sales experience Excellent verbal & written communication skills Very well versed in English & Hindi; (Any other known languages are an added on advantage) Strong telephonic sales skills.
