Performance Marketing Lead

If you’re excited about building acquisition channels from the ground up, optimizing conversion funnels, and experimenting with bold ideas, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Take full ownership of paid marketing initiatives end-to-end
Design and run targeted campaigns that drive high-quality leads & conversions
Optimize funnels, test strategies, and refine messaging to maximize ROI
Drive retention with remarketing & personalized campaigns
Define growth metrics, track performance, and pivot based on data insights
Collaborate with product, design & customer teams to accelerate results

What You Bring

8+ years of performance marketing experience (D2C / B2C e-commerce preferred)
Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with measurable results
Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, Ads Manager & attribution tools
Strong analytical mindset + ability to translate data into strategy
A

— comfortable running multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
