Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Run performance campaigns across paid search, social, display, affiliates, and other digital channels.
• Track and optimise performance while delivering strategic recommendations to improve ROI.
• Manage and allocate annual budgets of roughly USD 1M across channels.
• Lead A/B tests across creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
• Work with creative teams to shape compelling ad copy and visual assets.
• Coordinate with product, sales, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Analyse, report, and present performance metrics like CTR, conversion, CPA, and ROI to leadership.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in performance marketing and digital analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on experience with major ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and optimisation tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
