Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajkot for a Performance Marketing Executive. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with a proven track record of scaling sales via Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role requires a sharp analytical mind, an obsession with data, and the ability to drive revenue while maintaining ROAS. You'll work directly with our eCommerce team to manage paid campaigns, optimize performance, and deliver month-on-month growth.


Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize high-performance paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Drive and manage monthly sales targets while keeping ROAS under control.

Track and analyze campaign performance via Google Analytics, deriving actionable insights.

Perform deep analysis using Google Sheets—including pivots, formulas, dashboards—for performance reporting.

Work collaboratively with the creative team to test and iterate ad creatives and messaging.

Monitor key metrics daily (CPA, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, etc.) and take corrective actions quickly.

Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of trends.

Contribute to audience building and funnel strategies tailored for eCommerce D2C sales.


Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience managing performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong command of Google Analytics (GA4) for traffic, attribution, and funnel analysis.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, data visualization, dashboards).
  • Excellent understanding of eCommerce conversion funnels, A/B testing, and pixel/tracking setups.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and driving consistent month-on-month sales growth.
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Good to Have
  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of tools like Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, Hotjar, or Clarity.
  • Familiarity with email and retention marketing strategies is a bonus.
