Performance Marketing Executive

Optimaio is hiring a Performance Marketing Executive to support our digital advertising efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, has a basic understanding of ad platforms, and is looking to gain hands-on experience by working on live campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and managing paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads and any other ad platform.

Monitor ongoing campaign performance and help identify opportunities for optimization

Work on audience segmentation, ad creative planning, and budget tracking

Generate performance reports and analyze results to derive actionable insights

Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others as required

Requirements

Strong interest in performance marketing and digital advertising

Basic experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Must be based in Mumbai and available to work from the office
