Performance Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  
• Manage and improve CPL, CTR, ROAS, and lead-to-enrollment metrics.
  
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
  
• Build and manage webinar, demo, and call-booking funnels.
  
• Ensure seamless lead flow across ads, CRM, email, and WhatsApp.
  
• Collaborate with design/content teams for creatives and landing pages.
  
• Set up automation and integrations using tools like Zapier and Pabbly.
  
• Manage email automation via ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, etc.
  
• Run WhatsApp automation through AiSensy, WATI, and similar tools.
  
• Track, analyze, and report performance with GA, GTM, and dashboards.
  
• Optimize campaigns, funnels, and automation flows for better results.
  
• Ensure accurate setup of tracking pixels, events, and conversions.
  
• Run campaigns for both client and in-house agency growth.
  
• Stay updated with PPC and funnel marketing trends in EdTech.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 23 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  
• Strong understanding of funnels (webinar/demo/call booking).
  
• Experience with Zapier/Pabbly integrations.
  
• Proficiency in email marketing tools (ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, etc.).
  
• Hands-on with WhatsApp automation tools (AiSensy, WATI, etc.).
  
• Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize CPL, CTR, ROAS.
  
• Experience in EdTech campaigns is a big plus.
