Founded by Mukund Khandelwal & Indresh Rajput, who jointly share a decade of experience in building D2C brands. Our mission is to solve lifestyle-related health concerns with efficacious, Ayurveda-inspired products backed by clinical studies and Certificates of Analysis (COA). With our recent USA launch, we’re looking for a passionate and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to drive growth, shape strategy, and be part of an exciting early-stage journey in a high-growth market. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google & other performance channels. Manage end-to-end campaign execution including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creatives, A/B testing, and tracking. Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions), and ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets. Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities. Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful ad copies, visuals, and video content. Optimize campaigns based on data insights to drive lower acquisition costs and higher lifetime value (LTV). Manage and implement conversion tracking, pixels, UTM tagging, and attribution models. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights to management. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and best practices. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing / digital marketing roles. Experience in working with US Market is a plus. Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other paid media tools. Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data visualization. Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, remarketing, and affiliate marketing is a plus.
