Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Executive located in Ghaziabad. The executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, creating sales strategies, and enhancing communication channels. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, managing marketing campaigns, and optimizing sales performance.

• Market Planning and Market Research skills
• Strong Communication and Sales abilities
• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
• Experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the event planning or hospitality industry is a plus
