Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Executive to lead and optimise our digital advertising efforts across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in campaign setup, optimisation, backend management, and reporting. This role requires a data-driven professional with the ability to deliver ROI-focused campaigns and scale performance across multiple platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads (AdWords):

    Create, manage, and optimise campaigns with strong command of keyword planning, bidding strategies, and performance optimisation.


  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads):

    Manage Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, including audience targeting, creative testing, and backend ad operations.


  • Amazon Ads:

    Lead end-to-end Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and account-level strategy to boost sales and visibility.


  • Ad Account Management:

    Monitor daily campaign performance, manage budgets, conduct A/B testing, and implement ROI-driven scaling strategies.


  • Backend Systems:

    Ensure smooth execution and tracking by leveraging backend platforms of Google, Meta, and Amazon.


  • Reporting & Analysis:

    Generate weekly/monthly performance reports, analyse campaign results, and provide actionable insights for continuous growth.


Experience Required:

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads.


  • Strong expertise in Amazon account management and Meta backend ad management (highly preferred).


  • Deep understanding of campaign optimisation, performance metrics, and conversion tracking.


  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and insights generation.


  • Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously with strong organisational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.


  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


  • High attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
