Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns to achieve revenue and performance goals. ● Manage and monitor daily budgets, campaign performance, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

● Collaborate closely with designers and video editors to create engaging ad creatives and video content. ● Continuously analyze campaign data, identify insights, and implement strategies for higher conversions and revenue growth.

● Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve ad effectiveness.

● Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, ad policies, and D2C best practices.

● Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:

● 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads is mandatory.

● Prior experience in a D2C brand is mandatory.

● Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).

● Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.

● Ability to work independently and manage campaigns end-to-end.

● Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

● Good communication and team collaboration skills.
