Performance Marketing Executive

Role Description:

• Plan, execute & optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
• Drive measurable growth through performance-focused strategies
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare actionable reports
• Manage budgets, CAC, ROAS and overall campaign efficiency
• Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation
• Collaborate with creative & content teams for high-performing ad assets
• Track funnel performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Stay updated with industry trends and platform algorithm changes

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in performance marketing (agency or brand side)
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM etc.)
• Ability to read data, derive insights, and implement winning strategies
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Experience in D2C/e-commerce campaigns is a plus
