Role Overview

Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan & Manage Campaigns:

  Launch and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.

• Monitor & Optimize Performance:

  Track CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPM, and other KPIs to maximize ROI.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

  Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.

• Collaborate with Creative Teams:

  Work with design and content teams to create ads, landing pages, and other assets.

• Budget & Strategy Management:

  Allocate budgets, optimize bids, and refine channel mix to meet campaign goals.

• A/B Testing:

  Test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify the best-performing strategies.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Align campaigns with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to meet business objectives.

• Stay Updated:

  Keep up with the latest trends, ad platform changes, and emerging channels in performance marketing.

Required Skills & Background :

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience

  in digital / performance marketing with measurable results.
• Expertise in

  Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid search/social platforms.

• Strong analytical skills:

  CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV tracking, Google Analytics, Tag Manager.
• Experience in

  A/B testing, landing page optimization, and creative experimentation.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Proactive, independent, and collaborative mindset.

• Bonus:

  Experience with B2B clients, multi-geography campaigns, or marketing automation tools.

• Budget Management:

  Must have managed a project budget of ₹10 lakh or more.
