Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Executive in our marketing team for luxury real estate campaigns. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in SEO, content marketing, paid media, CRM (Salesforce), and marketing automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute a high-impact performance marketing strategy for luxury real estate, focusing on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI, CAC, and LTV while managing budgets effectively.

2. Campaign Management & Optimization:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns to drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Leverage A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting to maximize performance.

3. Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Monitor KPIs using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, CRM dashboards & Other Analytical Tools.
  • Provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.

4. SEO & Content Marketing:

  • Oversee SEO strategy to enhance organic visibility and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure high-converting ad creative, landing pages, and blog content.

5. CRM & Marketing Automation:

  • Utilize Salesforce to track leads, automate workflows, and improve customer journeys.
  • Implement Whatsapp/Email/SMS marketing automation for nurturing high-net-worth leads.

6. Collaboration & Co-ordination:

  • Work closely with creative, sales, and external agencies.
  • Stay ahead of luxury real estate trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital tools.

Requirements:

✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 2-4 years in performance marketing, preferably in luxury real estate, luxury brands or performance marketing agencies.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong SEO, content marketing, and CRO (conversion rate optimization) skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Bonus: Familiarity with day-to-day website handling (WordPress, php, Laravel, or similar).

✅ Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

✅ Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Analytical tools, Google Ads & Meta Blueprint.
  • Experience in luxury real estate lead nurturing and customer lifecycle marketing.
