Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at Sumvaik Consulting Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive measurable results for our clients. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise in paid media campaigns, and a creative approach to maximizing ROI and achieving KPIs. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Marketplaces and other relevant channels. Define campaign objectives, targeting strategies, and budgets to align with client goals. Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA, ensuring continuous optimization. Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve results. Identify and implement strategies to scale campaigns while maintaining profitability. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions. Create detailed performance reports for internal teams and clients, showcasing campaign results and recommendations for improvement. Platform Expertise and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in performance marketing. Experiment with emerging platforms and strategies to discover new opportunities for growth. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with content, design, and social media teams to create high-performing ad creatives. Align performance marketing strategies with overall client goals and brand objectives. Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver results-driven solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, managing paid campaigns across various platforms. Proven track record of achieving KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and lead generation targets. Technical Skills: Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC tools. Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools. Familiarity with retargeting, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking. Analytical and Creative Thinking: Strong ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights. A creative mindset to develop impactful ad creatives and innovative strategies. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and present campaign results to clients. Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with e-commerce campaigns and platforms like Amazon Ads. Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms.
